Had difficulty with automatic renewal. I really can't comment on this policy. It was possibly fine for my needs, mercifully I had no need to claim. There is an automatic renewal on it. On other policies you would just toggle on a web page to avoid an automatic renewal. There is no web cancellation option of this sort. Instead I had to call to avoid automatic renewal. The number was a bit buried in the website, with only a link to 'chat' proferred up front. I called by phone 2 days before the automatic renewal date and cancelled the automatic renewal, but on the actual renewal date I had a pending charge from Saga on my bank.
