“Ai bot mistake! - Tried adding someone onto my policy but the AI bot didn’t ask all questions and still proceeded with changing my policy and taking payment out my account. After checking my policy they stated the added driver was driving for 9 year, when it was actually 2 (they didn’t even ask the question). Therefore making my policy invalid.”
