“Absolute appalling company, car broke down and was deemed to expensive to repair, with 30 days left on policy, contacted to explain situation, that car was being scrapped. They cancelled policy, I explained that I would need to know final payment before they took it and find out today that they’ve taken it without any confirmation from me regarding the amount!!!! Disgusting as cancellation fees are double the DD”
