“been sent around the house for months on a very simple issue. Been made to feel like i'm lying, had to fight tooth to nail to just prove that they had agreed to pause my membership for 2 months post giving birth. They are impossible to get through to, i've had members of the team just flat out refuse to help me. I've got email trails after email trails where the membership team did nothing but dig their heels in, i had to dig out the email trails to prove it and then months after they still then charged me incorrectly. At one point I had to get the Royal Berkshire receptionist to call the membership team where she was on the phone for over 30minutes and the person on the phone even at one point said i needed to send in my daughters birth certificate to prove she was born (my daughter is now also a member at the club). It has been a complete joke”
