“when my car got damaged with fire, they decide to give me a curtesy car and tell me that I can keep it for 28 days whilst my claim is under review then two weeks later they call me and tell me that my case is now under Validation and I am no longer entitled to a curtesy car and tell me they have no idea how long this “validation” process will take which leaves me with no car and three kids!”
