My renewal went from approx £450 to more than £800. To a lesser extent they've done likewise each renewal, and when I've called and said I'm leaving, the price gets reduced - enough to entice you to stay - this time with the renewal being nearly double - even their last minute discount wasn't enough to keep me.”
